Week 21 Christine's Digi Showcase

Good evening everyone and welcome to my new followers.

As if last weeks Ofsted wasn't stressful enough I am having a pretty awful week this week.  First of all I used the wrong image for my showcase card but didn't realise until it was too late and have only just had the time to finish it with the correct image.

I had a hospital appointment on Tuesday and was told that I need to have some tests done.  I'm really dreading it as I am not very good with medical procedures and really not looking forward to having a tube shoved down my throat and other places. I have been having nightmares for the past two nights and the waiting list is approx 10 weeks.  I don't think I will be able to cope with the stress for that long!

Anyway onto my card for this week.  We have used this lovely Snowy image and I really did enjoy making my card with it.  I am sure you have already been over to Christine's blog  to see what the rest of the team have made with this lovely image, if not why not have a look now.

Items used:

Kraft card bought a Bluewater Craft Show.
Papers from stash (can't remember where from)
Sizzix circle nesties
Memory Box Frosty Die
Sentiment from Computer and Punched out with Stampin Up punches

Thanks for looking.

Week 20 Christine's Digi Showcase

Good morning  and welcome to my new followers.  When you read this post we will be in the middle of our Ofsted Inspection at school. Wish me luck, I look after the safeguarding and the attendance and if the safeguarding is not up to what it should be I think they fail you and don't carry on with the rest of the inspection!

So for this weeks card I have used Christine's mask digi. I have used black, white and red as I really like these colours together.  Hope you do too.

Why don't you pop over to Christine's blog  to see what the rest of the team have made with this lovely image.

Ribbon from Stampin Up
Gems from stash

Week 18 Christine's Digi Showcase

Good morning everyone, thanks for visiting me today.

I got my first day back at work out the way yesterday and the children are all back today, including the tiny new reception children.  Some of them don't look big enough to be at school.

I had fun creating this weeks card with the fab cat sleeping in it's bed.  You can find this digi image on Christine's blog . Why don't you pop over and have a look to see what fab cards the rest of the Team have created.

I also used a Digi image from Di's Digi Downloads  called "Xmas Fireplace".

I wasn't sure which angle to show you so I uploaded both.

Items used:

Christine's Cat Sleeping coloured with Copics
Xmas Fireplace Digi from Di's Digi Downloads coloured with Copics
Stampin Up coloured card
Sentiment created on the computer punched out with SU punch.

Rachel's Birthday Card

Good Evening, I  hope you are all well.  I am going back to work tomorrow, although I have spent all of today doing school work at home.  I don't know where this summer break has gone, I blinked and missed it!

I had a lovely time yesterday a the Sincerely Yours show at Biggin Hill, and met up with a few people on the Cardmaking Paradise Forum.

I bought 8 sets of Sizzix dies from Oyster Stamps which I am putting away for Christmas and my Birthday from my Hubby.

I bought a Pokey Tool, a bargain stamp from Little Claire's, some ribbon, 5 packs of cards and envelopes on offer for £2.00 each.  I think that was it but I am off to the Bluewater Craft Show on Saturday.

I have a card to show you that I made for my Daughter who was 15 last week.

Items used:

Card template cut on Cricut from  The Cutting Cafe.
Papers from Design House Digital - "A Fresh Start"
Heart from MCH.
Digi image "Shop Till You Drop" from Di's Digi Downloads coloured with copics.
Sentiment created on the computer and punched out with Stampin Up Punch.
Flowers and Gems from Stash

Thanks for looking, see you soon.
