I made this card for a friend of the family who was 21 at the end of April. I cut the card out on my Cricut using SCAL
Image is a digi called Mr Fix It Car from Karen's Doodles.
Image is coloured with copics.
Stampin Up coloured card.
Backing paper from Pink Petticoat.
